Something tender and powerful is unfolding behind the scenes:
Nearly 200 people have taken part in The Her Climax Code, our community research survey on female orgasm.
I was shocked when I realised that there has been no research on the qualitative definition of the female orgasm i.e. no one has thought to ask “how do you define the female orgasm?” …so I decided to change that.
So far 187 people of a diverse range of genders, sexual orientations and cultures have submitted their ideas around the female orgasm.
What is revealing itself is absolutely fascinating.
Many of you have had revelations that you hadn’t thought of before or connected to parts of yourself you thought were lost.
I’m reminded of how sometimes what can seem so simple— asking a question— can lead to deep insights.
These insights are forming the spine of the second instalment of the Psychology of Desire: Case File released later this month… which will be all about the female orgasm!
